Returns and complaints

All cancellations, exchanges and returns need to be reported written to the HealthCheckShop. This can be done via email, fax or letter.
Please mention your name and invoice number.

In case of returns we will apply the following conditions:
– Within 15 days you can return an article in the original and undamaged packing.
– Articles cannot have any (use) damages.
– Please do not write, use stickers or tape on the original package.
– We do not accept packages in our mailbox, this is to prevent any damages.
– When a packages is sealed, it cannot be broken.
– Articles which are specially ordered for you cannot be returned.
– Sterile products and test strips cannot be opened.

Returning online is not possible. You can return the article and place a new order online.
When we have to return the paid amounts we need your bank account number. Clients from Belgium can give their IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number of their bank.
Please note: the account number that you give needs to be the same number that you purchased the article(s) with. This is to fight fraud with refunds.
Refunds will be paid within a maximum of 14 days.
